| raphael says.. | Did you mean the difference between alkene and alkyne? If so:
Alkene is unsaturated hydrocarbon containing double bond and gives addition reaction. Alkyne is usaturated hydrocarbon containing triple bond and give both addition and substitution reaction.
Alkyne gives red precipitate after mixing with Ammoniacal Copper I Chloride while Alkene does not.
