KASNEB ATC Syllabus

The ATC examination consists of two levels, Level I and Level II. A student must pass Level I before proceeding to Level II and one cannot sit for both levels simultaneously.

ATC Level 1

Introduction to Financial Accounting
Introduction to Law
Entrepreneurship and Communication
Principles of Management
Business Mathematics

ATC Level 2

Financial Accounting
Fundamentals of ICT (Information Communication Technology)
Cost Accounting
Taxation
Auditing

ATC Registration Requirements

For one to register for ATC, he/she must be a holder of:

Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination with an aggregate average of at least D+ (D plus)
Any other KASNEB technician examination certificate
Such other certificate or diplomas as may be approved by KASNEB

ATC Registration Deadline

For June Examinations
Register by 30th November of the preceding year
Late registration deadline: 30th December

For December Examinations
Register by 31st May of the current year
Late Registration Deadline: 30th June

Late registration may be accepted up to one month after the above dates on payment of a late registration fee which is 50% of the normal registration fee
