Job Description
|
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Co-ordinate accounting functions
2. Assist in the implementation of an appropriate accounting system
3. Calculate, classify, post, summarize and report transactions as a means of maintaining sound financial records
4. Implement and effective system of internal control for orderly and efficient conduct of business including adherence to government policies
5. Safeguard assets and prevent fraud and errors
6. Prepare and submit financial statements and accounts on time
7. Ensure and maintain reliable financial information system
Requirements
1. Demonstrate professional ability , initiative and competence in organizing and directing work
2. Highly motivated and a team player with initiative
3. Must have at least 3-5 years working experience in a busy organization
4. At least CPA part II
5. A Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) degree an added advantage
6. Able to work with minimum supervision
