By the 1970s, the process of globalization propelled by the multinational enterprises was quite entrenched, marked by the tremendous movement of people, knowledge, good and services and technology across the borders. Discuss any four forces that led to globalization and the reactive reasons for firms going global. (25 marks)

The global environmental variables are very important and need to be understood first and foremost before any consideration are made in Global management. Discuss both the economic and political legal framework and their implications in international business operation. (25 marks)

To survive and prosper in the global business environment, a firm must be skilful in how it applies its strategies to compete globally. Discuss any five major strategies for creating competitive advantages and five strategies a firm can use to avoid being placed at a competitive disadvantage in the global or international market. (25 marks)
