The Kenya national examinations Council sets two theory papers in chemistry: paper I (short answer questions) and paper II (structured questions). Use this information to discuss the following.

Short answer questions are preferred to objective (multiple choice) questions.

Most candidates perform better in Paper I than Paper II

It would be incomplete assessment if only the two papers were the only ones used in the final examination.
