8. Project management is a pivotal task, and one that is crucial in ensuring effectiveness. Discuss the various tasks of project management, and the roles and responsibilities of a project manager. (20 marks)
9. Project evaluation serves different roles, especially identifying key outcomes that could inform a new project or programme phase. Discuss any four parameters or indicators against which projects are evaluated, defining the parameters, relating them to the lives of the beneficiaries. (20 marks)
10. There are various methods that a project initiator can use, participating the community to ascertain the feasibility of a project idea. Discuss the force field analysis focusing on
a. The process of conducting the analysis
b. Situation in which the analysis best applies
c. Strengths and limitations of the analysis
11. Stakeholders are people who are affected in various ways by the project, or whose presence or absence may affect the project process in one way or another.
