In our today's society many of the young people are out there trying to get job, but its almost like looking for a road path to heaven,after this people finish their studies and many who hope to get into job market soon come to realize their dreams are dashed, with no job opportunities in our country and the few that are there are for those with experience and who own the company, where do you expect a university graduate to gain the experience from if all the companies need those guys with experience, will he get it from home?Some said its through education son of a peasant farmer of a mining company but in Kenya, maybe in South Africa, how many graduates are there in Kenya, even a simple job is advertise but they cant get it why? In order to eliminate this with should have clear policies on corruption and tribalism which is the key to earn a living in KenyaThis is critical towards vision 2030.
