This question is targeted at gauging the following: 1. How ambitious are you? 2. Do you have any vision? 3. Do you still see yourself with us in five years time or do you have other plans? 4. Is your objective compatible with our plans for you? Even if it is compatible, is it feasible within five years? Sample answer. It is difficult for any of us to plan ahead these days but i try to do so. I would like to progress and would certainly still see myself with your company. At this stage i have an open mind. My first priority will be to achieve what you want me to achieve in this role. Having done that, i am sure we will have enough evidence to suggest where else my skills could be used.
