Can both students and teachers use these plans?
Yes. Both plans include unlimited AI lessons and
quizzes, unlimited AI Study Assistant access, voice
tutoring and Premium resource access. Students can
learn and revise while teachers can prepare lessons
and access useful classroom resources.
How does a three-month membership work?
You pay once for three months. Your voice
minutes and 25-resource allowance refresh
at the start of each monthly period based
on your original subscription date.
Are AI lessons limited?
No. Premium and Premium Plus members have unlimited
access to available AI lessons and quizzes while their
membership is active. Monthly limits apply to AI voice
tutoring and Premium resource downloads, not ordinary
AI lessons.
Is the AI Study Assistant unlimited?
Yes. Active Premium and Premium Plus members have unlimited
access to the Kenyaplex AI Study Assistant for Homework Help,
Instant Doubt Solver & Exam Revision. They can type questions,
photograph difficult questions, upload homework or worksheets,
and revise questions from exam papers without a monthly question
allowance. Voice tutoring remains subject to the voice-minute
allowance.
What happens when my voice minutes run out?
You can continue using unlimited AI lessons, quizzes
and the AI Study Assistant. Only voice tutoring pauses
until your voice allowance refreshes at the start of
your next monthly period.
Does one exam with several files use several
resource downloads?
No. An eligible exam counts as one resource.
Once the first file is downloaded, its other
available files, such as additional question
papers or marking schemes, do not use another
resource download during that allowance cycle.
Does downloading the same resource again use
another download?
No. Once a resource has used one of your
downloads during the current monthly allowance
period, you can download its available files
again without using another resource download.
Are all Kenyaplex resources included?
Premium access applies to resources shown as
included with Premium. Resources that are not
included with Premium can still be purchased
individually.
What happens when I use all 25 downloads?
You can still re-download resources already
included in your current allowance period.
You can also purchase other resources
individually. Your allowance resets at the
start of your next monthly period.

available before subscribing. AI lessons and the Kenyaplex AI Study
Assistant — including Homework Help, Instant Doubt Solver & Exam Revision —
are unlimited for active Premium members; voice minutes and resource
downloads remain subject to the stated monthly allowances and Kenyaplex
