Admission requirements
- To qualify for this program,
one is required to hold, any
of the qualifications given below:
(a)A minimum of B- in KCSE and at least
B for the total score in the cluster subjects,
and C+ in the following individual cluster subjects:
(i)Physics
(ii)Geography or biology, or any group IV subject
(iii)Chemistry
(iv)Maths

(b)At least three principal passes of nine points at KACE in the
following subjects:
(i)Chemistry
(ii)Maths
(iii)Biology or geography
(iv)Physics

(c)A diploma or Higher National Diploma in quantity surveying or in relevant
discipline from a recognized institution with at least a credit pass.

Tuition fees
- Kshs.203,742 per year

Applicants holding a diploma will join
second year as long as they have passed with credit.
Those holding a Higher National Diploma shall join
third year.

-A minimum of C+ in KCSE with a C+ in physics,maths and a C+ in either:
(i) Hindu religious education,Islamic religious education,Christian religious education,Geography,History and government or
(ii)Aviation technology,art design,home science, agriculture and computer studies
