Admission shall be granted to holders of any of the qualifications below:
(i) A degree from a reputable university plus KCSE grade C+ OR
(ii) A diploma in Personnel Management (BTEP) examined by KNEC OR
(iii) Diploma in Personnel Management (BTEP) examined by KNEC OR
(iv) Holders of diplomas acceptable by KNEC

Program duration
One year divided into 2 semesters of five months each.
Those wishing to take the Saturday class option will take 1½ years to complete the course.

(i) Lunchtime-11.30 am – 2.00 pm-Weekday Daily

(ii) Afternoon-2.30 pm – 5.00pm-Weekday Daily

(iii) Evening-5.30 pm – 8.30 pm-Evening Daily

(iv) Combination-5.30 pm – 8.30 pm-Mon/Wed/Fri Evenings & Saturday Mornings

(v) Saturday-8.30 am – 5.00 pm-Every Saturday – whole day

(vi) Full time-8.30am – 4.30 pm-Intakes only in Jan & May – Takes 6 months
