A bag of sugar is found to have the same weight on planet earth as an identical bag of dry sawdust on planet Jupiter

A bag of sugar is found to have the same weight on planet earth as an identical bag of dry sawdust on planet Jupiter. Explain why the masses of the two bags must be different.

Answers

John
The gravitational force is different on different planets. Since the weight of the two bags is the same, the pull of gravity on Jupiter must be greater because a bag of saw dust is less massive
