1. Always put the Quaran in a clean place.
2. Have ablution always before touching a copy of the Quaran.
3. Sit while facing Qibla when reciting the Quaran.
4. Perform Sijolt tilawa where necessary.
5. Observe humility, tranguility and respect when reciting.
6. Seek Allah’s refuge against Shaituaran before recitation.
7. Observe proper pronouncing of the words.
8. Recite the verses in a good voice.
9. Do not place anything on top of the Quaran.
10. Interrupt or stop your recitations when you hear Adhaan.
11. Always recite the Quaran from a quite environment.
