i) Freedom of worship for Muslims and non-Muslims.
ii) No going to war without the prophet’s permission.
iii) The Ansar and Muhajiroon formed one Ummah.
iv) No criminal should be helped or given refuge.
v) Whoever is rebellious or spreads enemity should not be helped.
vi) A believer should not kill another believer or support a non-believer against a believer.
vii) Yathrib was changed to Madina and was termed as sanctuary city.
viii) The believers and non-believers could help each other incase they were attacked.
ix) Any matter not agreed upon should be referred to Allah and his prophet.
