Usefulness of training:
1. Training results in minimal time wastages in business operations, as staff are aware of
how to perform the operations.
2. Training reduces the risk of damage to hardware and software resources by staff due to
ignorance.
3. Training ensures efficient use of systems since users are aware of all system functions.
4. During the process of training, areas for maintenance in the current system could be
identified by identifying data processing errors and system inefficiencies.
