It creates hatred in those sidelined leading to social disorder

-Racism-This is discrimination of people on the basis of their skin colour which creates hatred and brings social disorder.

-Tribalism-discrimination on the basis of tribe.People tend to pursue interest along tribal lines
Choice of political leaders and distribution of resources is done along tribal lines. This can lead to tribal clashes.

-Crimes like robbery, rape causes fear and insecurity.

-Sexism-discrimination on the basis of gender. Women are discriminated in our society especially in leadership positions, employment, etc

-Oppression of the poor by the rich and government or those in power.

-Unequitable distribution of resources.
