i) Male gametes are small in size while female gametes are large than spermatozoon
ii) Nucleus prominent but cytoplasm negligible in male gametes but female gametes has large amount of cytoplasm
iii) Male gametes specialize for motility with tails and axial filaments,female has no specialization hence non-motile
