Through the Haber process Hydrogen is used to make Ammonia which is an important component in Agricultural fertilizer. Hydrogen is also an important component when making Cyclohexane and Methanol which are important in manufacturing plastics and medicines. During oil refining Hydrogen is used to get rid of Sulphur from the fuels. Hydrogen create a protective atmosphere in glass manufacturing in order to flat glass sheets. Hydrogen is also important in the electronic industry in the manufacture of Silicon sheets. Hydrogen is an important component in many living organisms and is contained also in water. The light nature of Hydrogen gas makes it appropriate for being used in metrological station for filling up the weather ballons.
