(a) Open the query in the design view.
(b) Add the appropriate query design view.
(c) In the field marked B, along the criteria row, type the following:
Average: (Round ([English]+[Kiswahili])/2,0)
(d) You can set other field criteria if need be.
(e) Save the query and Run it for output.
