(a) In the Database window, click Reports tab under Objects pane.
(b) Click the New button on the Database window toolbar.
(c) In the New Report dialog box, click Design View.
(d) Select the table or query that contains the data you want to base your report on.
(e) Select the right fields from the Field list and drag them to the report design layout.
(f) Save and Run the Report.
