(i) Always scan attached files when opening them in the e-mail inbox.

(ii) Avoid opening suspicious software and pop-up messages displayed on the computer.

(iii) The security precautionary measures against unauthorized access to an information using supplementary security measures such as use of CAATS (computer Assisted Audit Trail Software).

(iv) Use Up-to-date anti virus software.

(v) Regularly update the antivirus on the computer.

(vi) Avoid using foreign storage media on your computers, unless you can scan them first.
