c)i)Topography: The area for tree nursery establishment is preferably flat with a gentle slope to allow for drainage.
ii)Location: Should be located near the planting site to minimize injury in handling and during transportation
>It must be easily accessible to facilitate nursery field operations and supervision.
>Area should be well protected from animals and have sufficient sunlight.
iii)Soils: Area should be well drained, and free from water logging. Areas with too much clay or sand should be avoided
iv)Water: Site should be near a reliable source of clean water
