Every person has the right to use a language, and embrace the culture of the person’s choice.
Every person has the right to form or join cultural groups.
Every person is also protected from being forced to join any such group.
Each linguistic group is free to use their language, practice their culture, and form associations
and other organs of the civil society.
It is unacceptable to force another person to perform, observe or undergo any cultural practice or
rite.
