Requirement for a valid memorandum of appeal
1. It must be made within 60 days from the date of receipt of commissioners‘ decision.
2. The objection must be accompanied by a return of income together with all supporting document where applicable.
3. It must state the ground of appeal in clear and concise manner.
4. It must be submitted in copies and original should be sent to the clerk of the committee.
5. It must be accompanied with a statement of fact with copies and original.
6. The memorandum should be signed by the appellant
