giving.

communication skills and public speaking.

command higher fees thus making more money.
6) Improves one’s self-esteem. According to Bourhis and Allen (1992) those who fear to
communicate tend to have low self- esteem while those who do not fear to communicate tend to
have higher self- esteem.
7) It is important in the public sphere. For example in politics and in education.
