Flat Scraper
This type of scraper is used for scrapping plane surfaces or slots and the cutting edge at the ends
of the blade is curved. The corners are rounded to prevent deep scratches on finished surface. It
also helps to scrap the metal exactly at the desired spot.

Triangular Scraper
It has three cutting edges and is made from old triangular files used to scrap round or curved
surfaces and to remove sharp corners.

Half round Scraper
It is used for finishing curved surfaces and chamfering holes and removing burrs.
