Early millennium, there was widespread use of 'simu ya jamii' amongst Kenya. Explain 5 reasons that have led to their decrease in use today.

1.cheap new mobile phones- the invention of new mobile phones which are relatively cheap lead to a decrease in the need to use simu ya jamii.
2.lack of flexibility- simu ys jamii is not felexible since you need to visit the owner to make a call and this may not be possible during and emergencies and at night.
3.confidentiality -usually the simu ya jamii is located in a public are and one cannot make a call and deliver confidential messages.
4.time consuming- simu ya jamii takes a lot of time , a part from walking to to owner sometimes you could line up on a long Que waiting for the service.
5.lack of diversity, options- simu ya jamii cannot offer other options such as text message or even a please call me request.
