(iii) Degrading the environment such as over-exploitation of minerals leads to their exhaustion.
This affects the balance in eco-system such as spread of malaria when open holes are filled with stagnant water.
(iv) Air/water pollution which is caused by industrial waste that is discharged into rivers thus affecting both human and aquatic life.
