- Do not soak as they are weak when wet

- Press do not iron to avoid stretching
• Wood shrinks easily; thus hot water and strong alkalis should not be used to launder.
• Wool absorbs and holds a lot of water so should not be soaked.
• Wool can easily pull out of shape, so avoid lifting out to water.
• Not resistant to direct sunlight, should therefore be laid flat under the shade.
