In terms of intervention psychodynamic seeks to help clients gain insight by recognizing, understanding and dealing with unconscious thoughts and feelings. Behavioral cognitive approach aims at helping clients to change the way in which they think as well as the way they behave. Humanistic aims at creating the conditions of trust to facilitate the client’s personal growth and the achievements of their potential. Biological approaches is directed at changing the body’s biochemistry
