(i) Investors are assured of good performance of the company hence their continued investment in the company.

(ii) It boosts the public image of the company and helps investors to make decision on where to invest.

(iii) The company is able to evaluate the value of its shares in relation with the investors in the same sector.

(iv) It may use statistics/ information provided by the stock exchange to improve their performance.

(v) It is able to attract qualified personnel to manage the company because of prestige.

(vi) The company is able to raise enough capital through the sale of shares of the public.
