1. Broadband transmission is analog transmission while base band transmission is digital transmission.

2. In broadband transmission, signals are send over a medium at a particular frequency while base band transmission utilizes the whole capacity.

3. In broadband transmission, several signals can be send over a medium at the same time while only one signal can be sent at a time in base band.
