The state is a product of natural evolution. Factors that contributed to evolution of the state are; kinship- created strong bonds and government; Common worship welded families and tribes together; war led to emergency of leadership and conquest helped to give a mark of territoriality of the state. Political consciousness; humanity was instinctively aware of the need to create state.
