IV. Cultural factors like early marriages for girls prevent many girls from attending secondary education.
V. The school social climate affects learning i.e. harsh learning conditions affect children's learning which in turn may lead to them dropping out of school.
VI. Resources and materials for learning including qualified personnel must be adequate in order to motivate teachers and learners.
VII. School infrastructure must also be adequate and in good condition to fit the climate condition of the area and allow learning to continue smoothly.
