What is oral communication?

It is also called verbal communication. It is the interchange of verbal messages between sender and receiver. It is more immediate than written communication and used more often. It is also more natural and informal. According to statistics seventy percent of our waking time is spent communicating and out of this total 75% is spent on listening and speaking. It is therefore extremely important that for being a good manager we need to learn these two skills effectively.
