Fast foods industry is responsible
for the preparation of products like
hamburgers,french fries and pizzas.
Those pursuing this academic discipline
learn how such foods are prepared and sold.They also learn about
running other operations that take
place in joints where these products
are made.
Entry requirements
- Applicants are required to
possess either of either of
the qualifications below:
(a)A minimum of C in KCSE with
C- in maths and English/kiswahili.
(b)KCE division II
(c)KACE with at least one principal
pass
(d) A certificate in fast foods operations management
or its equivalent.
Program duration
- This course takes three trimesters
plus corporate internship
