The program equips students
with knowledge needed in
understanding changes in technology,politics,economy and environment
They also learn how such changes affect families and community.
After graduation,graduates become capable of tackling those factors affecting
humanity negatively through empowerment activities.
Entry requirements
- A minimum of a C+ in KCSE or its equivalent.
Applicants must have passed in the subjects below:
(a)C+ in biology or B- in biological science
(b)B- in physical science or C+ in chemistry
or B- in any of the humanity subjects
Admission may be considered for applicants
in possession of a diploma in community development
or in a relevant discipline with a credit from a reputable institution or
be in possession of such a diploma with a pass with at least two years work
experience.
Graduation requirements
- To graduate a student shall be required to take and pass all scheduled courses within the stipulated period.
Course duration
- The program takes four years
