1.Infection stage
*Lasts for a few weeks. it is the stage where one contacts the virus.
2.Asymptomatic stage
*lasts for about ten years .It is free from major symptoms.
3.Symptomatic stage
*Overtime the immune is damaged and the symptoms starts to develop. They deteriorate as time goes.
4.Full blown
*This is the progression from HIV to Aids. At this stage one is so sick and weak as the immune system is totally damaged.
