To start with the need for constantly assured profits. Many businesses set up in the word have a major aim of making profits from their daily transactions, therefore the business does its much best that it runs smoothly throughout the fiscal period in order to ensure those profits are constant and to reduce the higher chances of loses that might occur in the go.

To build Customers Loyalty. There is need to ensure a smooth environment which is conducive to buyers who will then become regular customers. These buyers will develop a sense of belonging with that business enhancing good customer relations and thus assured business continuity.

Building of a good relationship with the suppliers so that in times of financial crisis the business can opt for deffered payments and pay at a later date due to a strong trust-worth with the suppliers.

Ensuring proper utilization of the local resources available. The local people are also involved in the business in one way or another. They offer labour, buy the goods and services from the business entity, and play a major role in ensuring general environmental conservation on behalf of the business through idea generation and sharing about the performance of the business and its impacts to the locale.
