Moses built an altar.
Moses sent some men to offer burnt and peace offering to God.
Moses took half of the blood and poured it on the altar and read from the book of the covenant which he had written.
The people responded by saying "all that the God has said we will do".
Moses took the remaining blood and sprinkled it on the people.
God concluded the covenant by giving Moses the stone tablets containing the law.
