a) i)S has many delocalized electrons than R hence has strong metallic bonds. Bigger and have strong van der waal’s than those of V.

b) W reacts vigorously with chlorine than R. This is because W has a bigger atomic radius hence its outer
electron held strongly and can therefore be easily lost

c) $4T(s) + 5O_2(g) \rightarrow 2T_2O_5(g)$

d) It is used to fill light bulbs to prevent oxidation of the filament.
