1.Purchase Cost
The operating system that one chooses should be one that the organization or an individual who is going to use it can afford
2. Maintenance cost.The maintenance cost should not b e very high.
3.Employees skills.
The employees should be in position to handle the system.He or she can also consider if the system will require him /her to employ other employees.
4.Reliability.
The system that is chosen need to be reliable,it should help one to give reports in time
