They are both found in the kingdom animalia.
At least both o them have scales, the Pisces body is covered with overlapping scales and aves have scales on their legs too.
They have streamlined bodies for easy locomotion and avoid friction. Aves to freely locomote in the air while the Pisces to freely locomote in water without hindrance.
In both the cases, there is reproduction that takes place.
Both the groups have hearts for blood circulation in their bodies.
