(i) The proceedings to obtain the grant were defective in substance.

(ii) The grant was obtained fraudulently by making false statements or concealment of something material to the case.

(iii) The grant was obtained by means of an untrue allegation of facts.

(iv) The person to whom it was granted has failed to apply for its confirmation within one year or such longer period as may be allowed even after notice.

(v) The person to whom it was granted has failed to proceed diligently with the administration of the estate after due notice and without reasonable cause.

(vi) The person to whom it was granted has failed to produce to the court any inventory or account of administration as required by law.

(vii) The person to whom the grant was made has produced to the court any inventory or account of administration which is false in any material particular.

(viii) The grant has become useless and inoperative through subsequent circumstances.
