1. Increased environmental degradation through mining under the earth’s surface destroys the land scape by leaving wide quarries. These makes the environment being ugly.

2. The smokes from industries and factories pollutes environment which leads to airborne diseases and acid rains, respiratory distress and diseases to the living things.

3. There’s increase in the gap between the rich and the poor which might disintegrated education hence agricultural activities due to their difference.

4. There’s erosion of traditional culture whereby people acquired western culture and keeps away theirs.
