Evaluation is concerned with gathering
information about the usability of a
system in Order to improve system
performance.
In order to evaluate a system, data
concerning the user’s interaction with
the system and the user’s attitudes towards the system must be collected and
analyzed. Consequently, math, primarily
statistics, plays an important role in the
evaluation of a system and the user.
Statistical testing helps to present the
results of evaluation in a useful and
meaningful manner.
