How is purse seining done?

Describe purse seining as a method of fishing.

The above method uses two boats, one large and one small as well as a large net. The net has floats on top and weights at the bottom to keep it in a vertical position while in water. The net has a string along its bottom edge. The fishermen begin by locating a shoal/ area rich in fish. The small boat drags the net to enclose the net at the bottom and trap the fish. The net is pulled out of the water and fish hauled into the large boat for preservation and transportation to the shore.
