ii) Fork tales/ stories were used to inculculate acceptable moral adults.

iii) Children were assigned duties which were supervised by the adults.

iv) Riddles/ tongue twisters/ proverbs/ rhymes contained hidden meaning which were used to enhance acceptable moral values

v) Through rewarding those who did well and punishing the wrong doers.

vi) The grown ups were expected to be good role models to be emulated by children
