a) Freedom of conscience: every Kenyan is free to achieve and think what he or she desires. Thus one is free to belong to a faith, religion or denomination of one’s choice
b) Freedom of expression: every Kenyan is allowed to express themselves verbally, in writing or through media
c) Freedom of association and assembly: every Kenyan has the right to associate, assemble and congregate. One is permitted to form or join groups or associations of ones choice as long as there are planning or implementing criminal activities
d) Freedom of movement: every Kenyan has a right to travel and move freely within the country except when trespassing onto private property and gazette areas
e) Freedom of discrimination: every Kenyan has the right to equal treatment regardless of color, tribe, gender, religion of age
