(i) It teaches that when working one must do to it to the best of his ability.
(ii) A person should be truthful and humble at work and in trade.
(iii) Work is the use of physical, mental and spiritual energy.
(iv) Work is development and man as a Khalifa on earth has to develop the earth.
(v) The earth was created for the sake of man’s benefit for man to work, manage and exploit it.
(vi) Allah provided natural resources such as rivers, seas, deserts with O:1 products and minerals for man’s exploitation and work.
(vii) Work brings respect and honour.
(viii) Allah provides wealth through hard work.
(ix) Allah loves those who swat and earn their living through Halal sources.
(x) The Hadith discourages one worshipping and abandoning work.
(xi) Working for oneself saves a person respect and dignity.
(xii) It teaches that all prophets worked in order to earn their living, that is Prophet Musa (AS) worked as a shepherd and Prophet Nuh (AS) worked as a carpenter Prophet Adam (AS) – Iron maker.
